Your Pet's
Health Journey
Starts Here
Building lifelong relationships with St. Petersburg families and their beloved pets. Meet our caring team who treats your pets like family.

“We've been bringing our pets to Skyway for over 25 years now. The team here treats our fur babies like their own family — because after all this time, we ARE family. There's nowhere else we'd trust with our pets.”

Wellness Exams & Annual Checkups
The cheapest treatment is the one we catch early. An annual exam costs a fraction of the surgery, the IV fluids, and the late-night ER visit you might be paying for six months from now.
- Nose-to-tail physical exam
- Weight, dental, and joint check
- Vaccine schedule review
- Heartworm and parasite screening
- Bloodwork for senior pets

Vaccinations
Florida weather means year-round exposure. We tailor vaccine schedules to your pet’s actual lifestyle, not a one-size-fits-all chart.
- Rabies (required by Florida law)
- DHPP for dogs, FVRCP for cats
- Bordetella for boarding and grooming
- Lyme and leptospirosis when warranted
- Full puppy and kitten vaccine series

Dental Cleaning
80% of pets have dental disease by age 3. A clean mouth adds years to their life. It also means breath you actually want close to your face.
- Full oral exam under anesthesia
- Digital dental X-rays
- Ultrasonic scaling and polishing
- Extractions when needed
- At-home care plan

Spay & Neuter
Spaying and neutering protects against cancers, infections, and accidental litters. Every patient gets pre-surgical bloodwork, individualized anesthesia, and pain management. No assembly line.
- Pre-surgical bloodwork
- Multimodal pain management
- Continuous anesthesia monitoring
- Most pets go home the same day
- Post-op meds sent home

Heartworm Prevention & Testing
Florida’s mosquito season never ends. One bite from one infected mosquito can kill an unprotected pet. Prevention runs about $100-200 a year. Treatment runs $1,000-3,000 and isn’t always survivable.
- Annual heartworm testing (sent to our local lab)
- Monthly preventive care options
- Combination flea/tick/heartworm products
- Treatment protocols if your pet tests positive
- Reminders so you never miss a dose

Senior Pet Care
Pets age 5 to 7 human years for every calendar year. Bi-annual exams catch kidney disease, diabetes, arthritis, and cognitive decline before symptoms show up, when they’re still treatable.
- Bi-annual senior wellness exams
- Senior bloodwork (CBC, chemistry, thyroid)
- Arthritis and pain management
- Cognitive health monitoring
- Quality-of-life conversations

Puppy & Kitten Care
The first year sets the foundation for a lifetime. We cover everything from first shots to spay/neuter timing to the potty-training question you didn’t think to ask.
- Full puppy or kitten exam series
- Vaccine schedule and core boosters
- Deworming and parasite prevention
- Spay/neuter timing guidance
- Nutrition and behavior advice

Surgery (ACL & Soft Tissue)
ACL, TPLO, soft tissue, and routine surgery in our in-house surgical suite. Save 30 to 50 percent versus specialty hospitals. No driving to Tampa.
- ACL and TPLO orthopedic repair
- Mass removals and tumor resections
- Soft tissue surgery
- Same-clinic continuity of care
- Pain management before, during, and after
